In addition, any item can be covered in a wide selection of some of the world's finest leathers in a breathtaking assortment of colors and textures. The best part is that you can select some of these items as we stock them for immediate delivery OR you can choose to custom fit them to even the most unique room dimensions. These items come in a complete choice of leathers. We'll build them especially for you in a just a few short weeks. Dimensions: 34"L x 60"D x 36"H C.O.M. (Customer's Own Material) Requirements: *Fabric must be 54" wide, pattern must be railroaded and requiring no match. After order is placed we will contact you for specific yardage and additional information. Product Warranty: Leather: Manufacturer warrants your leather for five (5) years against splitting and natural scars from opening. During the first year from the date of delivery, products manufacture warrants against cracking, tackiness, peeling, tearing and premature fading under normal household usage as long as you adhere to the care instructions. Fabric: Manufacturer warrants your fabric for a period of one (1) year from date of delivery against seam failure, fabric separation and nap loss. Pilling and fading are not covered. The fabric warranty is void if there is excessive soiling, improper cleaning or abuse, or when a treatment has been applied. Frame, Springs, Mechanism: Your frame construction, springs and mechanism have a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing and material defects under normal household use. Avoid sitting on the product's back and arms. Manufacturer will pay the cost of parts and labor for a period of two (2) years from date of delivery. After the second year, the Warranty covers the replacement of defective or broken parts only.
