Moreover, a stainless steel structure can take quite a few knocks, while at the same time being surprisingly supple – thanks to TecFlex technology.
The qualities of the stainless steel structure are unique enough, but their combination with threads of gold adds further brilliance. The threads have a silver coat and are covered by a lavish layer of 585-type fine plated gold (= 14 carat). All other metal parts have high-quality silver plating, together with a layer of palladium, and the satin-finished shine harmonizes superbly with the shape and function of the instrument.
